EverBloom

A 50 minute intro session where the client and provider discuss treatment goals and get to know if they are the right fit for each other. The session starts with a 10 minute intake, followed by 30 minutes of hands on care, ending with a 10 minute check-in. This session can include any of the provided modalities: massage therapy, healing touch, reiki, and Craniosacral therapy. After we've met and if you end up wanting a follow-up, this session will include a write up of the treatment plan we discussed.

New Client intro

Integrative Massage is a modality that supports not only the musculoskeletal system but also the circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine, and nervous systems—meeting clients where they are and offering the body what it needs. It combines clinical massage, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing techniques to provide lasting relief from chronic pain and stress while giving clients a safe space to simply be.

Integrative Massage

This session blends Reiki and Healing Touch to gently realign your subtle body, guiding universal energy through the system while clearing and restoring your energetic field. Sessions are done fully clothed, so please come in comfortable clothing. Touch is optional, making this a supportive option for those with physical boundaries who still seek deep relief and energetic balance.

Energy Healing

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle approach that works directly with the central nervous system to invite rest, regulation and ease. Being a soft touch technique makes this a great option for those unsure if bodywork if for them. While it is soft, that does not diminish the impact this incredible modality can have on the body. It is done while fully clothed so come dressed comfy and ready to swooooosh.
